Notes to Self

by Eduardo Rey Brummel

You are thoroughly loved

 Even when you feel unlovable.

You should not believe

 Everything you believe about yourself.

They’re most likely all untrue

Most of the things you think of you.

You are more credible than

 You give yourself credit for.

It shouldn’t be that you matter

More to others than to yourself.

Sometimes you are too close

To be able to see yourself clearly.

You may never realize

Just how good you truly are.

Remember: All of this

 Is on a need-to-know basis.

When terra firma loses your feet

 Re-ground yourself by remembering these.
